Calori is currently offered free of charge, so no fees are collected and no refunds arise. When paid subscriptions are introduced, the following terms will apply:
Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Involuntary duplicate charges or verified billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
One-time purchases
Requests for refunds on one-time purchases must be raised within 7 days of the transaction, together with the transaction ID, at info@nevika.co.
