These Terms govern your use of Calori (the "Service"), operated by Nevika Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U62090MH2026OPC472128), a company registered in India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Not medical advice
Calori provides nutrition estimates, plans and coaching for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical, dietetic, psychiatric or clinical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on Calori for the diagnosis or treatment of any condition. Consult a doctor before making significant dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, diabetic, have an eating disorder, or take prescription medication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Calori.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) upload unlawful or infringing content, (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access, or (d) misuse the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive or illegal content.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated calorie counts, macros and meal plans are estimates. Actual nutritional content may vary. We do not warrant accuracy and disclaim liability for reliance on AI outputs.
6. Fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers in the future with prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, including brand, code and design, are owned by Nevika Innovations Private Limited. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevika and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to INR 1,000.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
